Our Combat Club classes are for the client who wants to hone their kickboxing technique. In each in-depth 1 hour session, you will concentrate on the isolation of movements, with an emphasis on foot work. You will practice and learn different combinations of punches and kicks, along with defensive moves and strategies. We have developed Reaction Drills that will increase your fight IQ, leading to being a more instinctual, efficient kickboxer.
We offer five Combat Club sessions per week, lead by instructors who have the experience and expertise to help you perfect your technique and refine your skills.
While these classes are focused on technique, you will learn how to defend yourself, all while getting a great workout!
