Absolutely! Our program is set up so that people of all fitness levels or experience can participate, all at the same time. Our trainers will work individually with you on your form to ensure safety and maximum results!
We train clients of all fitness levels. We have created a family atmosphere, where encouragement and engagement are essential. Come on in and join our Gym Family!
You can bring your own gloves or use one of the many pairs we have on hand.
No, we do not have any locker room facilities.
All you really need to bring is a water bottle, a towel (recommended!), and the desire to change and improve.
Your participation is only limited by the number of classes scheduled—you can participate in all!
Cross Kickboxing combines 30 minutes of strength and conditioning, with 30 minutes of kickboxing, while Skills and Drills is 1 hour of technique based kickboxing.
