Our Cross Kickboxing classes give you the ultimate balanced workout with 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) kickboxing combined with 30 minutes of functional strength training. Whether you are new to kickboxing and/or boxing, have intermediate skills, or even advanced skills, our in-depth training protocol will help you hone your skills and increase your strength and durability.
HONE YOUR STRIKING TECHNIQUES WHILE GETTING IN SHAPE!
Our Combat Club classes are for the client who wants to hone her/his kickboxing technique even more. In each in-depth 1 hour session, you will concentrate on the isolation of movements, with an emphasis on foot work. You will practice and learn different combinations of punches and kicks, along with defensive moves and strategies.
